Bill Clinton Blames GOP for Hurricanes

As Tropical Storm Alberto threatened to grow stronger and become the ninth hurricane in 22 months to affect Florida, former President Bill Clinton warned a large crowd that Republican environmental policies will make the hurricane problem worse.

Clinton questions the values of GOP

''It is now generally recognized that while Al Gore and I were ridiculed, we were right about global warming,'' Clinton said to loud applause. ``It's a serious problem. It's going to lead to more hurricanes and . . . people in Florida not being able to get insurance.''

And now for the Coup de Grace…Bill on values…

"If people just understood that we are values voters, we Democrats, that we do have strong convictions and that pursuing equal opportunity, shared responsibility and inclusive communities will get them better values and better results, we would do just fine.''

As I interpret that, socialism will help one keep ones hands off of others. It’s a crazy world.
